My service rep- Mr. Ray Peters was attentive and professional. Although I came into the dealer ship for an oil change but because the service departments takes your car through a total check, it was discovered that the vehicle needed front brakes and rotors. Mr.. Peters was able to make me feel good about having to spend the extra money for brake repairs. That to me is a true sign of professionalism and customer service. Then we just so happened to end up at Toyota South and had the luck of meeting Mr. Jorge Rodriquez-Mendez. He was such a breath of fresh air compared to what we had dealt with in the past two days. He was very polite, professional and had a great personality. He was helpful, but not pushy and offered us the best deal we could have hoped for. Now don't get me wrong, everyone at Toyota South were very polite and helpful and even cooked us some hotdogs and hamburgers for lunch :) But it was Jorge that won our business.
