TOYOTA SAVE MY LIFE! I want to start by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE TOYOTA TEAM, most importantly to Derrick Samuels, my Toyota sales super hero! I had such a hard day I want to start by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE TOYOTA TEAM, most importantly to Derrick Samuels, my Toyota sales super hero! I had such a hard day! Ok the way I ended up at Toyota was that I was next door in Nissan South. I was supposed to be receiving my temp tags and my mats! I couldn't come through the week because I had to work! So I had to wait! I also couldn't come on Saturday because I had to go to the hospital. I also notify Nissan South of my every move. So I returned Sunday. Now my sign contract said I had til the 21st , however it's the 12th of June. I was suppose to bring back my check stubs which I did! I been at that job for almost two years and as soon as I come in the finance manager began to scream at me and call me a liar! Also called the police on me. I was in shocked and Embarrased! I was trying to understand why he would say that but he would tell me to shut up! I had a 2 year old, 4 year old, and 10 year old and my fiancé they took my car and left us in the heat! I ask for a ride home they said No and Shut the door and started laughing.. All I could do is cry! That was false. The police couldn't believe that did it to me because I wAs able to even show the officer my business cards and bank account! They did not have to humiliate me! So I called Toyota and I was Tranferred to my Super Hero Derrick Sammuels and that is how my blessings changed! I called him and explained my tragedy! He then brought me over and got me approved for a beautiful 2016 Toyota Corolla Barcelona Red! My kids was so hungry he took us to get food! He was so pleasant! He also stay two hours over to insure I drove off with my temps! He made sure everything was perfect just in time for my birthday! Thank you guys for not allowing me to give up! Patient satisfaction Yesterday when I left my medical doctor, I then took my car to get serviced as well. I’ve always had excellent service at Toyota South and have gotte Yesterday when I left my medical doctor, I then took my car to get serviced as well. I’ve always had excellent service at Toyota South and have gotten used to their high standards of excellence. Before I could pull my car all the way into the garage I was welcomed and greeted by a friendly service worker by the name of Tony. Soon after Tony assessed the reason for my visit, then doctor arrived... Mr. John!! John in service is the phenomenal doctor that checks the patient from wheel to wheel. My car is one of his regulars therefore ; he knew I was there for my regular check up and to have a part replaced. Because of the rapport that has been established with Mr John I am a loyal Toyota South customer. When its time for me to purchase another car, I will come back to Toyota South just because of this relationship . The amenities are an added bonus as well. I had so much work to do, and was able to get a lot accomplished because of the comfortable customer lounge. I was able to use the free WiFi, drink a cup of coffee, then later on I had a nice hot bag of complimentary popcorn. I am very blessed to be able to take my car into such a terrific place, Kudos to the management of Toyota South. Employee behavior is reflective of how they feel, which indicates, an inclusive, respectful, and professional environment. Thank you Toyota South for consistently exceeding my expectation! P.
