I’ve always had excellent service at Toyota South and have gotten used to their high standards of excellence. Before I could pull my car all the way into the garage I was welcomed and greeted by a friendly service worker by the name of Tony. Soon after Tony assessed the reason for my visit, then doctor arrived... Mr. John!! John in service is the phenomenal doctor that checks the patient from wheel to wheel. My car is one of his regulars therefore ; he knew I was there for my regular check up and to have a part replaced. Because of the rapport that has been established with Mr John I am a loyal Toyota South customer. When its time for me to purchase another car, I will come back to Toyota South just because of this relationship . The amenities are an added bonus as well. I had so much work to do, and was able to get a lot accomplished because of the comfortable customer lounge. I was able to use the free WiFi, drink a cup of coffee, then later on I had a nice hot bag of complimentary popcorn. I am very blessed to be able to take my car into such a terrific place, Kudos to the management of Toyota South. Employee behavior is reflective of how they feel, which indicates, an inclusive, respectful, and professional environment. Thank you Toyota South for consistently exceeding my expectation! P. Toyota South is lucky to have Joseph Verdell I went to Toyota South for a small oil leak on my 2013 Prius and left with a 2016. I let Mr. Verdell know that I was there for service but he's such a friendly and outgoing guy that soon I was looking at new cars. I never felt pressured or manipulated and received a great deal after a spirited negotiation that I enjoyed immensely. After leaving I realized that there were some loose ends as far as recovering items from my old car and Joe took it upon himself to get the car and let me get them. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new 2016 Prius that incidentally is getting 60+ mpg and has a much more pleasing and updated dash display. I like my new car, and Joseph Verdell and Toyota South have our business. More
