Buying a car Drove in to look at a Toyota 4 runner. Joseph Verdell became our associate instantly. As he brought the keys out for the 4 runner, I asked if he wou Drove in to look at a Toyota 4 runner. Joseph Verdell became our associate instantly. As he brought the keys out for the 4 runner, I asked if he would also bring key for a Sienna. He did and as predicted, my wife fell in love with the Sienna in stead. I was only looking to test drive, didn't think my wife wanted to buy, but she did and we did and have not looked back since. From the beginning to end, Joseph never made us feel that we had to buy. He simply gave us options, asked us questions and made the whole process outstanding. Did have to bring back the vehicle though because I found a crack in the windshield. Thought it was going to be a nightmare and really see what the dealership was made of. They were awesome. They replaced that windshield without question. That is the way is should be. Late Saturday Afternoon with No Appointment Scheduled I have been a customer of Toyota South for many years. I bought a 98' Rav4 several years ago, then a 2012 Camry about 2 years ago. I have nothing but I have been a customer of Toyota South for many years. I bought a 98' Rav4 several years ago, then a 2012 Camry about 2 years ago. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for how well the service guys take of me and have consistently done so for years. They have never suggested unnecessary maintenance or repairs in order to pad fees and commissions. They have always been honest and direct in all of my dealings with them! This past Saturday, 05/28/16, I showed up late in the day, no appointment, ready to have my scheduled maintenance. Mind you, it's a holiday weekend, and did I mention I had no appointment? I fully expected to be asked to schedule an appointment and was willing to do so, but Jim Mannering was kind and gracious enough to fit me into the day's rotation. Not only that, he and Terry? (not too sure if correct), both worked to get the maintenance done and get me in and out in less than an hour. Unbelievable team work and customer-centered philosophy! I believe I'll be a Toyota owner for life, and for as long as I'm in this area, I will definitely be a customer at Toyota South!! Shannon Rose Jonesboro, GA More

Awesome Experience I received a call from Anthony Whitley to talk about upgrading my vehicle. Got an upgrade and my payments was $114 less than the prior car.
