Do good work, Customer service need improvement I was satisfied with their work and price. I stayed and waited for my vehicle. I wanted new tires, alignment and vehicle inspection. The service rep was very polite and I was checked in quickly. She was very helpful in answering my questions and quoting me a good price for tires. These were the good things. I arrived at 8am, and it took over 4 hours to complete. Here is constant issue with this dealership; for the entire time I was there, sitting and walking around, I was never given a status on my vehicle. Then, when my van was finally ready the service rep (Ali Parker) did not review my final bill with me. I had to ask what work was actually done and had to ask for a minute to read my bill. I believe I got a great price for my tires and an alignment, but it is so frustrating that this dealership NEVER reviews a final bill with a customer! I never know what I am paying for unless I ask when I come here. More
