Steve Frazier helped us get out of the underwater condition,and got us payments that we could be comfortable with. The part I don't like is the fiancing. But Francois made it very enjoyable. He had a video that explains extended warranty, tire protection and gap insurance and other things while he was getting all the paperwork ready. The video really helped speed up the process and I didn't feel pressured to purchase any of it, although I did get extended warranty, tire protection and gap insurance. A very great experience. Everyone was super nice about everything. Diffently recommend others go to purchase next vehicle. More
