Rude salesperson To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a complaint against one of your salespersons— Tom Williams. I came in today in the late afternoon and requested a To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a complaint against one of your salespersons— Tom Williams. I came in today in the late afternoon and requested a test drive of 3–4 specific vehicles I was interested in leasing. Tom asked me if I was ready to purchase that day, I replied no, just researching options. We test drove a Rev4. Then I requested to see the interior of the Camry, Accord, and Prius. His reply was a deep sign and the words "you gotta be kidding me." I was not only shocked by his unwillingness to let me see the inside of the cars first hand, but was insulted by his attitude. That morning I test drove 5 vehicles at the Honda dealership next door and experienced excellent customer service from 3 salepeople there. And while their product is inferior in my opinion, I will not sign my lease with your dealership due to my experience there today. Shameful. Sincerely, Mikhail Mazor More

I want to give high xxxxxxand thanks to John Mannering, his welcoming was very friendly, great conversationalist, as he showed interest in the well being of my 2008 Toyota 4Runner, as it has been overseas (Belgium) and had to sit for months during my deployment, so it was in need for some United States TLC Toyota maintenance service. He assisted me with getting my car services up to date and even gave me the military discount that I did not know they give. Normally I ask almost everywhere I go if they give military discounts, but did not ask here. As I was checking out, he mentioned that my military discount was given and thanked me for my service. John Mannering is the "go to" man in the maintenance department. Can't say thank you enough John. I will continue to see you for all my car services. Thank you and God Bless. My salesman, Mike Ugo was extremely helpful without being overly solicitous. I don't believe I have ever had such a wonderful experience when purchasing a vehicle. The dealership itself was not overly complicated nor did it prolong the process unnecessarily of closing the deal. This we also very much appreciated. The purchase of my car was a pleasure from beginning to end. I have never seen a salesman take such pride in customer service as Mike. I bought my car from Stone Mountain Toyota. After moving south I decided it'd be more convenient to get service at Toyota South rather than driving 40 minutes to Stone Mountain. My experience at Toyota South was absolutely horrible! I was met with frowns and I felt they didn't want to ”be bothered.” This notion was further solidified when my service passed through three hands (on a very slow, empty Wednesday morning) before landing in the hands of Brandon Payne. He took my complimentary service coupon and told me to wait. Fast forward a few minutes he returns to say he couldn't do my service because I was literally a few miles over the 25,010 limit for my 25,000 mile service. Are you kidding me? He said the company would force him to pay for it of he did it. I pointed out to him that I was also a few miles over during my last service (20,000 miles) and he started that was different because this was my last complimentary service coupon. Frustrated and utterly confused I requested my coupon back and drove all the way to Stone Mountain Toyota who took perfect care of me (as usually). They also thought it was ridiculous that I wasn't provided service over a few miles. I will never return to Toyota South. More
I recently purchased a used 2008 Lexus from Toyota South and I have never been to a more respectful and friendly car dealership. Daniel and Brian both helped me with my car purchase and were very friendly and I have never been to a more respectful and friendly car dealership. The customer service provided by both Daniel and Brian was nothing but outstanding, I would definitely recommend any friends or family members to shop at Toyota South and to ask for both Daniel and Brian when shopping for their next car. Scott went above and beyond with keeping me apprised of the progress during the servicing on my vehicle. Scott was friendly, courteous, informative and professional throughout my visit. I have to say that he is definitely an asset to their operations and the quality of work and the price paid well worth it. In closing all I can say is that I feel quite comfortable in knowing that the work was well done and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Toyota South in the future. Kudos to Scott and Toyota South!!!! More
