There is no negotiation, and the prices are stated up front, so there's no worry about haggling or worrying if we should have been tougher in negotiating, as happened when we bought cars in the past. Zach was knowledgeable and patient - he even showed us a feature on our 2011 Prius that we did not know about! Also, in the financing phase of the deal, there wasn't the usual pressure to buy a lot of extras, like at some other dealers. Such options were presented, briefly, but that's because they're required to do it. We were thrilled to get the deal settled in such a short time! More

We have bought several new cars in the past but were in the market for a used vehicle just to go back and forth to the office. Not only did I find the one I wanted but Tom worked with me to get an acceptable deal and Matt worked out Financing to an acceptable level. I bought the car AS IS but found a few minor things that needed attention. I asked if they could be taken care of and even though I purchased the car AS IS they were quick to say "No Problem". I have an appointment Thursday for the few repairs needed. That is Excellent Customer Service. When we are in the market for another Vehicle "Toyota South" will be our Dealership of Choice. Tom Appleton will be the Salesman we request and Mark will be who we will ask to process any loan requirements. Very dissatisfied costomer Where do I start. I recently purchased a new 2014.5 Toyota Camry back in May. My wife and I decided that we wanted a suv, so we thought to trade for Where do I start. I recently purchased a new 2014.5 Toyota Camry back in May. My wife and I decided that we wanted a suv, so we thought to trade for a new Toyota Rav-4. With my experience of trying to deal with the dealership, needless to say, I was more than disappointed. The sticker price was of the Camry SE was $25,700, with all options. As of right now, the Camry has 1600 miles. I came in to trade to a Toyota Rav-4, with the sticker price being approximately $27,700. They offered us 15,500 for our Camry. The clean retail on our Camry is $22,600. I guess they take us as being less intelligent and thinking that we would make such a trade. In doing the math, all they were doing was paying our car off and us buying the Rav-4 outright. Now, what kind of sense does that make and what of kind of dealership and managers conduct their business. If you want to trade and deal with Toyota South of Richmond, Kentucky, and want to just give your vehicle away, Toyota South is the place is to go.
