He even helped us out with our trade in (which he didn't know about until we drove onto the lot). He helped us get a super low interest rate and great warranty on the vehicle. I love my "New to Me" Lexus RX 350. It was everything he said it was on the phone. I drove to Richmond/ 30 minutes... from my home to the dealership which was actually easier than driving across town in Lexington, being that it was all highway driving. Thank you John!!!
