I felt that the price we agreed on was very fair and because John had been in contact with us so much over email and phone, we only had to spend about 90 minutes on the lot to finalize the deal and sign the paperwork. He even helped us out with our trade in (which he didn't know about until we drove onto the lot). I drove to Richmond/ 30 minutes... from my home to the dealership which was actually easier than driving across town in Lexington, being that it was all highway driving. Thank you John!!!
