Being a first time bu Dan Duller has been a true blessing for my family and I!!!! This Toyota dealership doesn't play around nor do they pressure you. Being a first time buyer we have no idea what to expect and sometimes we can lose hope given a horrible experience. This has been the best experience ever and trust me when I say this. I started my vehicle journey ( I say journey because boy was it a rough start) last year, September of 2018 to be exact. I traveled to Hayward and Dublin only to be confronted with a horrible nightmare. Everyone's after a good deal if not the BEST deal so please make sure you make this your first stop! Make sure to ask for DAN! This man will take all the time you need. He will explain every detail in the car and will review the offer line by line, stopping to answer any question you might have. It's a lot of information given to you at once yet they explain everything you need to know. They are truly committed! yet they don't pressure your or mark up their prices. Dan was very upfront and transparent with me. He answered all my questions even the " not so smart ones" and provided plenty reassurance. He treated me with respect and courtesy. He gave me the respect other sales man at other locations had neglected to do. Being a female and a first time buyer everyone sees you as an easy target. I was offered hopes and dreams online/ by phone by other locations only to be disappointed and discouraged at the end. At the end of the day I'm content with my purchased and so glad I came across them through a simple google search. Dan changed my perspective on dealership and helped me regain some hope that there's still some good honest people out there. I have to be honest and say I got what I paid for and then some. This was the smoothest transaction from working an offer, to dealing with financial dept. to walking out the door a new car owner. My family (children) and I thank you Dan your all your hard work, honesty and help. YOU helped us not only achieve a goal but a longtime DREAM! More
