Leasing Experience at Toyota Sunnyvale This past weekend after weeks of research I decided to lease a new 2020 Toyota Corolla. I visited 3 different Toyota dealerships in my area and it was This past weekend after weeks of research I decided to lease a new 2020 Toyota Corolla. I visited 3 different Toyota dealerships in my area and it wasn't until I was contacted after an inquiry from Edmunds.com that I was connected with Bobby Scott at Toyota Sunnyvale. We spoke on the phone and he heard and understood exactly what I wanted. After our call I arranged to meet at the dealership the following day just to see what my options were. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendliest front desk staff who called to let Bobby know I was coming upstairs. Once I got off the elevator Bobby was right there waiting for me. We went into his office and discussed options, finances, Corolla trim options etc. He was SO incredibly kind, and funny but most importantly he was genuine ( a rare trait to find at a car dealership). As a young female a car dealership is my worst nightmare as I know I most likely will be taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge... but this could not be more opposite from my experience with Bobby. After minimal back and forth, Bobby and I reached an agreement and I was thrilled!!!!! (Not to mention while he was away working with his manager 4 different sales reps at the dealership stopped in his office to ask if I needed water, coffee etc.) My car had to be delivered to the dealership and I picked it up the next day. I also worked with Marco and Saroyin from Finance and WOW- again such pleasantly surprising service and men! Marco and Saroyin both were also incredibly nice and explained everything to me in grave detail so I knew exactly what I was signing off on, and understood all the Toyota benefits. As a woman, and just a new car buyer in general- from the front desk to drive off I had the most 5 Star, tell all your friends, experience. Bobby Scott and the entire Toyota of Sunnyvale team is my new standard for dealership service. I had 3 other Toyota dealerships within miles of my house, but this one was worth the drive- every time! Do yourself a favor and go see Bobby Scott and team! More
