My husband arrived later and Elmer was happy to have him test drive the two vehicles that I liked. Once we made the decision to buy, Elmer helped us through the entire process. He introduced us to Amir Ghorbanloo who’s very professional and personable, too. Amir took the time to explain all of the car buying lingo and walked my husband through every single agreement that he signed. What I could say is that I assume myself lucky to be talking to Mr Amir Kandil from Toyota Sunnyvale where I truly felt he is at customer side. He provided me a really good offer for the Mirai that I ended up leasing from them. Besides, I went there with my wife and our 15 month-old kid. He was super friendly, took us to a separate room and provided a bag full of toys for our kid so he could be playing while we were going through the lease process. He understood the tightness of our budget and talked to his manager to get some extra incentives for us. He explained everything thoroughly and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommended. Our experience with Mr Raj George We were lured to this dealership in search of a pre-owned Toyota Camry. During our visit Raj was an extremely polite and helpful salesperson. We left without test driving any cars that night. A couple of nights later we returned to test drive the Ford Fusion. Once again dealing with Raj. He was patient and listen to our every need. My wife and I finally came to the conclusion that' we really wanted to spend our money on a Toyota Camry. Although we did not buy from Raj or the dealership. We felt our overall experience with Raj personally was great. He is very knowledgeable in his product. Not pushy and we felt that he had our best interest at heart. We would highly recommend him. More
