The man who greeted me right away made me feel comfortable and like he was just saying hello and not fishing for a sale. That is always something I keep an eye out for as many dealerships still keep many pushy sales guys on staff. Martin Tamrazi eventually got me behind the wheel of a 2015 Toyota Sienna. I was contemplating an SUV as my family has recently expanded but he quickly put those notions to rest by showing me the Cabin and trunk space comparisons. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The only issue was the van had a slight smell from the previous owner but Martin guaranteed me they would fix that and I wouldn't leave the lot without a close to perfect vehicle. Enter Jamie Martinez. She was the service agent I had the pleasure of dealing with. She not only took care of me quickly but she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The day had begun to get a bit long at this point. She made sure that my car was a priority and got me a lift home without waiting to long on the driver. When I did pickup my car the exemplary service continued. I was greeted by not only a fresh sparkling car but a FULL tank of gas!!!! I always dreaded the idea of car shopping but this experience really turned me around on what a buying a car can be like. Great Job Sunnyvale Toyota! More
