Upon arrival he gave us very warm welcome braving the cold weather to show us around, taking enough time at the car explaining and answering all questions we had and accompanying us for the test drive. I must say we had not come to pick the car that day since we had planned to see other cars at other dealers but within our 30 minutes stay at the office he made us make the decision to buy and the whole process went on very well and very fast. Bart is another great man and very knowledgeable in his work, by the time we got to his office to do the paper work he was already done with all we needed and all the documents were well arranged which saved us time and created time for him to explain each one in detail. A good story teller who shared even more insight in the area of financing, some stories about his family backed up by photos made the moment just lively! The overall proper coordination of all the staff including those not handling our case that day is just Amazing! More
