Before I was finished with the website I started receiving emails from several dealerships in the area. One of the reasons I chose Toyota Sunnyvale was that was it was . I was the closest dealership to where I live. I was also interested in trading in my old 1990 .Toyota pickup truck. The next day I went to Toyota Sunnyvale I was told they would purchase my old truck even if I did not buy a new one. Later I was told by my salesman (Gil Mota) that they would not buy the old truck because it was against Toyota's policy to buy trucks that old. After a road test drive, I chose the car I wanted. Then the paperwork started. I was a little disappointed that they did not buy the old truck as they promised and it took three hours of paperwork before I received my car but I was treated well. The employees were courteous and very helpful. I would recomment this dealership for your next car. More
