Our first car! We went to Sunnyvale Toyota to check out a used 2017 Corolla IM, where James Tran immediately helped us to find the car and answered any questions. He and Bart DiCairano were both very friendly and never pushed us to sign up for anything that we didn't feel comfortable paying for, even allowing my boyfriend and I to talk in private when we were taking a while to decide. The process was long but Bart used his humor to entertain us in order to make the financial process as enjoyable as possible. When all the paperwork was done and it was time to take the car, we found out that James specifically requested his manager to make us a spare key and gave us floor mats, wheel locks for all wheels, and door edge guards, all for free! When coming to this dealer, keep in mind that they have a fairly unique business model compared to other dealers in the area. Their prices are already pretty reasonable so don't expect much wiggle room when it comes time to negotiate a deal. With that being said, we did feel that we got a good value for what we paid. Neither Bart nor James tried to pressure us into something we didn't want to purchase and were completely transparent during every step. If we ever need a second car, we will definitely be coming back, thanks James and Bart! More

Although my home is not remotely close to this dealership (4-hour drive each way), I would definitely return. James Tran, Sales Associate, and Bart DiCairano, Finance, were both incredibly helpful, patient, clear, and efficient. James even filled my new-to-me car with gas, for our long drive home. He was so helpful and pleasant to work with and made the negotiating process pretty painless. I had initially done some negotiating via text with Nobu so had some preliminaries out of the way. Omid was sensitive to my situation (recently retired and on a fixed income) and we ended the evening with me in a new Highlander. I was very pleased with the whole experience. This year’s model is a different beast than my 2004 Highlander that I have cherished as the perfect car for 14 years. I am now turning that car over to a beloved niece with full confidence that it will continue to serve her well as it has done for me. I also purchased that car at Toyota Sunnyvale, many moons ago, which is why I wanted to go back there. I have nothing but good vibes for them! More
