great service department. I purchased a used Toyota in 2017. I was promised 2 keys and unfortunately only received 1 key. after some run around at the used car sales department I purchased a used Toyota in 2017. I was promised 2 keys and unfortunately only received 1 key. after some run around at the used car sales department I finally got an appointment made to have the second key made. When I got to the used car sales lot I was told that the guy who makes the key didn't show up and that i should go to the new car building down the street. I was getting frustrated. Fortunately my luck improved because I managed to get the perfect guy for the job - Mr. Christopher Penn (assistant manager). He made me feel very comfortable and assured me that he would get the issue resolved. after a few phone calls he got everything taken care of. I really appreciate his dedication and professionalism.
