Great used car buying experience Last week, I had a sudden need to buy a used car for my daughter, after hers was totalled in a hit-and-run accident. I started searching online and qu Last week, I had a sudden need to buy a used car for my daughter, after hers was totalled in a hit-and-run accident. I started searching online and quickly found a 2000 Honda at Toyota Sunnyvale for under $5K. After inquiring on the Toyota Sunnyvale website, I received a quick call back from salesman John Ewell, and set up an appointment to come in. John was very honest and open about the car's condition, which was very good except for a little damage to the bumper. I was especially impressed by the work done to clean-up the car - engine was steam-cleaned, and all 4 tires were replaced with brand new Michelins. After a test drive, we closed the deal in under an hour. I asked for a lower price, and John knocked off a couple of hundred bucks. No pressure to buy "upsell" features. I usually dread the car buying experience, but this was the nicest one I've ever had. More

I walked into the dealership on Friday thinking to just look at the cars, by the end of the night we all started the discussion of purchasing the car. At the end of the night, we finally came to an agreed price. Martin and Yuliana were the best because they did everything they could to find the right color I wanted because your dealership did not have the color. By Sunday (12/10/17) we finally signed the papers. Because of a slight error with the VIN number of the car, Ryan was able to deduct the price slightly, which I am thankful for since I'm a first-time buyer. Thank you so much Yuliana, Martin, and Ryan; your generosity and professionalism helped me and my parents get through this deal. More
