They guided us (although not my first time) through the whole process and took care of making sure we could leave the dealership with the keys in our hands. Sales person was persistent and a reason for us to return. Issues which can be improved: 1. My used car (>18k) came without any mat floor! It was nicer if this was told to me before I take the car home and realize it. After calling, it took long before I was contacted and told that it does not included mat floor. 2. Financing paper work and processing took long (2 hours) and I did not get a good APR. I think responsible agent could help more and explain the importance of each item on the financing form. 3. 12-month/12,000-mile Limited Comprehensive Warranty. Car was certified and mileage was ~50 k. The warranty which was advertised for the car and was one of the important factors for me, was misleading. When it came to signing the paper works, finance person told me that this warranty only covers problems which are determined as "manufacturer defects." Who does the judgment, perhaps a Toyota mechanic. I did not take the risk and ended up buying Toyota's extended warranty! Overall, I am happy with my car and I think the quality of the offered service was pretty good. More

Stan went out of his way to help find options I wanted, stay within a budget, track down vehicles from other dealerships in the color I wanted, and hold the vehicles until I could approve payment and get over to sign paperwork. It's been the most pain free dealer experience I've had for over ten business purchases and nine personal purchases in my life. I would absolutely continue to shop here for work, and would come see Stan in a heartbeat if I was buying a Toyota for my own personal use. No muss, no fuss I was pretty sure I wanted a 2017 Prius V. Various dealers had one in stock. I just wanted to rent one for a few days to check it out. I contacted several dealers on the Peninsula and none of them had one for rent, except Toyota Sunnyvale. Ratha Ke hooked me up by phone. The rental process was easy. Coupla days later, I decided I wanted to buy one. The rental was due the next day. I started a chat at the Toyota Sunnyvale website on a Friday evening to make sure the one I wanted was still in stock. Diana Kennedy got back to me by email right away saying they could get me the car and quoting me a good price. I made an appointment. Next day I returned the rental car (also easy) and Diana Kennedy introduced me to Dhanendra Shah. Mr Shah showed me the car and probably expected me to want to look at the car for a while, but I had a price quote. no trade-in, and was paying cash; and I just wanted to complete the paperwork and go. It was a Saturday and the dealership was busy but Mr Shah did his best to get me out of there as fast as possible with my new car. Saroyin Roy Watkins was very efficient with the finance paperwork.
