Cindy was truly patient and trustworthy in guiding us through the entire process from selection of models, many times of test drives, comparisons and decision making, to finding and securing the exact car we wanted. Cindy wanted to get to know us in such a way that she could really help us analyze and select the best model and features that suit us and at the same time delight us. Cindy is very knowledgeable in her field. She is articulative and precise. She never pressured, she remembered what we wanted and always kept us up to date with the exact information we needed. She made sure we were taken care of and responded all our messages even when she was on vacation. Cindy paid complete attention to us when she was with us, we felt we were the only customer to her. Also really appreciate Omid for hand holding us while Cindy was out. Omid patiently went over the car features, worked all pricing details and explained the sale. He was just as personable as Cindy. Lastly, lots of kudos to manager Edward, for being so patient and going out his way to get us a great price. Highly recommend Cindy and the sales team, will come back to Sunnyvale Toyota. More
