I'm an auto broker, so I spend my days helping other people get good deals and terms, so I recognized a good price when I had it. They tried to sell me some extras I didn't want, but that's their job. When I came back the next day to pick up my car, it was clean, gassed and charged (Chevv Volt), but missing one of those expensive keys. Socrates took me in to talk with his manager, and he agreed to get another one made for me. That was extremely important for me, as I have a tendency to lose keys. I love my new (to me) car, and will be keeping an eye on your used car inventory to see what I can find for my customers. Linda Yazell More

I test drove a late model hatchback that caught my eye, followed by a quick negotiation. Jim H. introduced himself upon our arrival. Nice guy and no pushy sales tactics. We sat in a few used vehicles, per his recommendation, and took one for a test drive. We ended up buying it. What was really great though was after the sale. While clearing out our old vehicle we accidentally left 6 CD's in the CD changer. Jim mailed them to us! How awesome is that !?! Bart D, our finance guy, was also very professional. He wasn't pushy about things we didn't want, answered all our questions, and got us out the door in a timely fashion. They seem to move a decent number of vehicles, as the place was very busy for most of our visit, and I can see why. A definite thumbs up. More
