End-to-end the people were pleasant (not pushy) and very organize I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited from this dealership. End-to-end the people were pleasant (not pushy) and very organized. Once I decided to buy I was handed off between various personnel handling things like my credit check, insurance confirmation, financing with hardly any down time between each. I drove the car, sat in all the seats, checked every nook and completed the buying process in 2 1/2 hours. For me this was a pleasant pace, not rushed and not drawn out. Of course, I came on to the lot knowing what I wanted and having done a lot of research in advance so that helped. I highly recommend this dealership. More
