Helpful and friendly sales staff! JJ and Delon from sales were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Originally I tried using the online Express purchase system, but I had multiple problems with it and ultimately had to give up and go to the dealership in person. They answered all the questions I had about the pricing, DMV and insurance logistics (this is the first time I went through the car buying process on my own), etc. They were never pushy about buying it soon, or buying it their way, which I greatly appreciated. Ryan from finance was also very nice, explaining everything thoroughly and clearly. The process was fast and smooth. The car wash machinery was broken on the day I purchased the car, so the detailing process was really slow. Delon helpfully pointed out a few nearby restaurants I could try out for dinner while I was waiting. When the car finally was ready, the detailing job turned out to be suboptimal. Delon noticed this too and called the manager out to look. He said that I could bring the car back the next day for a free redetailing job and complementary Cilajet protection! I'm really happy with my new car. There were definitely issues in the process (as I explained above), but these were largely outside the control of the sales reps. The people I interacted with were all very pleasant and helped to set things right in the end. More
