John and Jna in particular did an amazing job and went above and beyond just to make my purchase easier and convenient hassle and haggle free. They were very helpful in setting me up with the car I wanted and explained everything I need to know about buying a used car from them. They also have the best prices across nation when it comes to used cars -they price them below KBB-. No hassle , fast and easy It's my first time buying a used car at a dealership and the experience is great, I was doing online shopping for awhile and I saw a new listing at to It's my first time buying a used car at a dealership and the experience is great, I was doing online shopping for awhile and I saw a new listing at toyotasunnyvale.com ,I took the chance and I got pre approved online , Rey Castillo called me right away and reserved the car . Went down to Toyota Sunnyvale the next day and Rey was waiting for me at the front and only took an hour to do all the paper work .
