First time no BS buying a car One of my friends has introduced me Nobu while I'm looking for a car. We went into Nobu, tested out the car we wanted, showed him that other dealership offering a better APR, and he and the other fiance staff agreed immediately. NO BS! Sometimes sales guys just try to push you back with what they have already offered, they are not going to do more, bahbahbah...but no, they provided us the best service. And Jorge from Finance too, also no BS, just jumped into what i needed, so I didn't have to waste too much time of unnecessary item. Good dealership, and hope they will keep the good work and I don't need to come back and take some stars out... I took 2 stars off for quality of work because the AC fan was not working...they probably should be a little bit more careful on that, even though it was a small details. They immediately scheduled me to repair the fan 2 days later, but if they could have notice that ahead, i can save one visit to fix that. I took 1 star off for pricing, not because their price is not good, but i might get spoiled before. We got 2 times free oil changes, other coupons from previous car dealer, and also we can use $3000 credit card for down payment, but I only get 1 time free oil change, no coupon and $2000. For the Credit Card part, I actually got lucky on, but the general rule for $2000 credit card still seems lower than the dealers that we went before. (Another Toyota dealer in the bay that we visited a few years ago.) Generally, Sunnyvale is a 5 stars dealership, but a little things bring them down from 100pts to 98pts. More

Great experience I was helped within minutes of entering the store and introduced to Dahen Shah, one of the sales person on duty that night. We sat down and I expresse I was helped within minutes of entering the store and introduced to Dahen Shah, one of the sales person on duty that night. We sat down and I expressed my choice of vehicle, color and price range as he jotted info down. Even though it was pouring cats and dogs that night, Mr. Shah when out to parking lot, wrote down stock number to my to be 2017 Rav4 and started crunching numbers; by the end of the night the deal was sealed and I picked up my vehicle the next day as promised, all detailed up and with all accessories in place. We returned because of the warm staff and the very fancy coffee/hotcocoa maker (lol). Well, this time, we were even more impressed by the staff that greeted us. Even though the staff was incredibly busy with Toyotathon drawing to a close, they still made sure to get me on the waitlist and answer any quick questions I had. Jonathan Cha was absolutely exceptional in helping me decide on the car. Originally, I had set my mind on one of the Toyota Prius 2017. He gave me his honest opinion and took his time with explaining all the different features/differentiations between the different packages available. Then I saw the RAV4 Hybrid and changed my mind haha. Jon once again explained all the features of the car, walked me through the different payment options, and eventually I ended up buying the vehicle. What really blew me away was that all this time, Jonathan was helping two other ppl simultaeneously... and also managed to accompany me as I test-drove the vehicle, drive my RAV4 Hybrid off of the showroom, gas it up, and sit inside with me to point out where all the car features were (i.e. gps, high beams, back windshield wipers, D/R/P) before I drove off. I must have been at the Toyota dealership for 4 hrs, yet he was with me more than half of that time wowzers! I have driven my new Electric Storm Blue RAV4 Hybrid for three days now and am absolutely in love with it! This is my first time paying for a vehicle with my own money (thanks to Toyotathon and Toyota's generous 5-yr payment plan with low APR), so this is a very big deal for me. I also want to give a shoutout to Alex Wong and Lori Landrum for also being especially helpful. More

He did offer us a few more items that we didn't take him up on, but he wasn't too pushy about it. They lose a star since it took a while to process us (over 2 hours) and they did try and upsell us on a few items by adding them in without asking us first (the extended warranty etc.) - the sales manager was the culprit here but I can't remember his name. More

I called several Toyota dealers in the neighborhood to get offers for leasing a Sienna and gauge what fits my budget. During this process, I called Toyota Sunnyvale and was fortunate to get connected with Sara. She was very courteous on the phone. Based on my budget I made a very aggressive offer on the phone and she patiently took notes and said she will get back to me soon after working on the numbers. She kept a constant line of communication with me which was critical. She was able to get me the best deal of all dealerships I called. Based on my experience with other dealerships and sales agents, I was amazed how Sara handled the entire sales process. She was very efficient and careful in handling the paperwork. With Sara, I never really felt like I was working with a "pushy" sales agent that we typically see in car dealerships. She gave me 100% attention and did not get distracted with other buyers walking in the dealership. I highly recommend her not just for being an excellent sales agent, but more for her being so professional and taking extreme care of her clients and giving utmost importance to the client relationship and not just trying to sell the vehicle. More
