We were searching for a specific type of vehicle for a while, hitting all the online car listings and one happened to pop up at Toyota Sunnyvale some We were searching for a specific type of vehicle for a while, hitting all the online car listings and one happened to pop up at Toyota Sunnyvale some 350+ miles away. Vehicle was listed as "coming soon" and not even officially on the lot yet so I knew it was time to spring into action. John Ewell was the salesman who answered the phone and got right to work getting me the info I needed on the vehicle. Even made a personal video showcasing the vehicle just for us. Needless to say we worked a deal right over the phone and made a deposit to secure the vehicle. Upon arrival John was very welcoming and as professional as they come. After the paperwork dance and a great experience with the finance manager we were out the door and on the road home in our new wheels!
