Great Used Car Buying Experience!!! We were searching for a specific type of vehicle for a while, hitting all the online car listings and one happened to pop up at Toyota Sunnyvale some We were searching for a specific type of vehicle for a while, hitting all the online car listings and one happened to pop up at Toyota Sunnyvale some 350+ miles away. Vehicle was listed as "coming soon" and not even officially on the lot yet so I knew it was time to spring into action. John Ewell was the salesman who answered the phone and got right to work getting me the info I needed on the vehicle. Even made a personal video showcasing the vehicle just for us. Needless to say we worked a deal right over the phone and made a deposit to secure the vehicle. Upon arrival John was very welcoming and as professional as they come. After the paperwork dance and a great experience with the finance manager we were out the door and on the road home in our new wheels! Highly recommend you take a look at Toyota weather looking for a new or used vehicle! More

Eric is number 1 when it comes to purchase any car I had an excellent experience working with Eric on my last two brand new Prius and corolla purchase with in last 6 months. I had sent 2 friends alread I had an excellent experience working with Eric on my last two brand new Prius and corolla purchase with in last 6 months. I had sent 2 friends already and will be sending everyone straight to him because of his honesty and trust he had build up with me over the last 6 months. I hate to go and talk to any other salesman other than Eric. He is my go-to guy for any new or used Toyota. I'll be buying more cars down the road and will be pinging him straight and just deal all numbers over the phone and come to the dealership to sign and pick up any cars down the road. I had a terrible experience working with Honda, Hyundai and Nissan dealership with in the bay area because they are all lair. Thanks Eric for rebuilding my trust. 10 out of 10 starts to you :-) I'm a very hard guy to give 10 Stars to anyone but Eric really deserved it BIG time. I highly recommend Toyota to promote him to a Manager or Director position in the near future because of his expertise. Also, Special Thanks for Jad in services department to take care of a rattling noise on my 2016 Prius which started right after I drove my vehicle on day 1. Jad had helped me provide a loaner while they fixed a noise with in 3 to 4 days. Very happy with entire Toyota Sunnyvale friendly folks :-) More
