The dealership that had the vehicle was over a 150 miles from our house but we felt it was worth taking the drive to check it out. My husband called and made an appointment with JuneMarie. She was amazing from the start! She was very friendly, low pressure, and stayed late on a Friday night to meet with us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, she was helpful in obtaining a slightly lower price and then set us up with Jorge in Finance to finish the deal. Jorge also was so amazing. Low pressure, very friendly, and very thorough. Our experience was definitely worth the drive! The only thing that we didn't care for was a high pressure salesman did come over to offer us a used car warranty. He just pushed a little too hard so it was slightly uncomfortable. He was a super nice guy so we felt bad saying no but he was still pleasant once we said no, so it was fine :) More

I've been to numerous car lots and Toyota of Sunnyvale has to be the most friendliest and easy to deal wit I was helped by sales person, Al Mokhtari. I've been to numerous car lots and Toyota of Sunnyvale has to be the most friendliest and easy to deal with. Al is the first car sales agent that didn't ask me about my credit, how I'm going to pay or what kind of payments I was looking at. Al is kind and very patient. He didn't rush me to make any purchase, even thou he knew I was debating on another car off the lot. He told me that it's not about the car and that he wanted me to have a good experience and find the right car.
