I saw some incentives advertised on the Toyota Sunnyvale website and called in to speak with Flora. She didn't beat around the bush with my direct pricing questions and I set up an appointment to come check out a Prius the next day. They didn't have the special pricing on the color I wanted, but Flora was able to get me hooked up and beat another low-price offer from a competing dealership. We have 3 Toyotas at home from a different dealership, and this was by far a zero-pressure experience. Flora was great and so was Sean Nguyen the finance manager. We didn't want any extras and we didn't have to sit through endless sales pitches and got out of there pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a Toyota in the Bay Area, and I'll be back if I find myself looking for another Toyota in the future. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I wanted to purchase a compact used car, 2015 or so, with fewer than 12000 miles. Honda Civic was on my list of possibilities. My first and primary I wanted to purchase a compact used car, 2015 or so, with fewer than 12000 miles. Honda Civic was on my list of possibilities. My first and primary priority, however, was the "fit" of a new car. I'm 5'2" and many newer cars have smallish windows. I'm not comfortable with my sight lines. I saw this '16 Civic was on sale so I set up an appointment -- just to sit in the car. John Ewell was accommodating. After sitting in the parked car and looking around the cabin, I asked if I could take a test drive (not my original intention.) All good, no pressure whatsoever from John. I checked out some other small cars. Two days later, I returned and was aided by Socrates. I took another test drive, this time on the freeway, and confirmed this was the car for me! Socrates was also was very accommodating, I bought it! I had follow-up questions, called him. He was very friendly and helpful. I returned the next day. Again John was there and took all the time I needed. GREAT EXPERIENCE all around, thanks to John and Socrates! More

Ken Costa may look intimidating but he made me feel right at home with breaking down all the options for financing with the terms I was looking for. Socrates Menchavez & Bart Dicairano followed suit with helping out with a smile. At no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision and I like that. WOW! What a great experience! Little did I know when I was researching my new Tacoma, that I would have such a truly exceptional experience. Living in Southern California, all the dealerships nearby were wanting an arm and a leg for new Tacomas. With how little of them there are being built, nearly nowhere was offering deals on these. Most dealerships were even charging thousands over invoice. I stumbled upon a Toyota forum one day where people were discussing the deals they got. I came across one recommending David Garske from Toyota Sunnyvale. I decided to email him and see what kind of deal he could get me. As the forum post said, he said he would honor the deal for me as well and so the process began. David was unable to find the vehicle I wanted anywhere in California. So what did he do? He special ordered one for me! The deal David offered me was too good to pass up and was around 5k-6k cheaper than what I would be paying in Southern California. Finally I received the email that the truck of my dreams was ready and I began my 6-hour trek to Northern California. As soon as I got there, David was ready and waiting for me. He was aware of the long drive I had just completed and we got right down to business. While David was giving me a test ride of my new truck, they were pricing out and completing the details on my trade-in. David got us in and out quickly. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. David not only sold me my new truck, but he also sold my fiancee on her next new car. We will GLADLY drive up to see David again for his truly exceptional customer service. I cannot thank him enough! More
