Great car purchase experience with Luke Zhang I was looking for a used car for my daughter. Submitted online request for a quote and within minutes Luke Zhang sent me an email with all the needed I was looking for a used car for my daughter. Submitted online request for a quote and within minutes Luke Zhang sent me an email with all the needed details; Everything about the car; full detailed carfax report, photos, price. Luke then called me (he asked before if it was okay) and we spoke over the phone. Luke was very polite, knowledable and answered all my questions with great paitence. We fairly quickly agreed on a price and a pickup date. On the date of pickup Luke texted to confirm everything. By the time we arrived all the paperwork were ready to sign, car was waiting. It took us approx 15min from arrival till we left. Hard to believe but it was that easy and organized. I also appreciated the fact that Luke was sensitive to the current COVID-19 pandemic enviorment and was wearing gloves, masks. We also kept our social distancing. Worth noting; The day before pickup Janet Kim from the finance department called to confirm all the details. She was very helpful and kind. Great service all around. I strongly recommend both Terrance and Sunnyvale Toyota. Terrance politely approached us in the new car showroom when my husband and I were browsing around. We told him that we were interested in a RAV4 hybrid. He quickly showed us the differences among the different editions. We asked for a test drive and he promptly found us a car. Terrance was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable not just about the RAV4 but all kind of cars in general. He tirelessly explained the features of the car and answered questions before, during and after the test drive. We felt we could totally trust him for his sincerity, honesty, knowledge and integrity. After shopping around for prices, we went back to Terrance because we felt more confident and at ease working with him. He was able to match our best price after checking with his management. During the purchasing process in his office, he clearly explained additional purchases such as extended warranty and maintenance and other optional features. Not only that we felt he was very knowledgeable, we felt we could trust him on his recommendations. When we picked up the car, he walked through the car with us, examining the car and gave us a great tutorial on how to operate the car and the many advanced features that came with it.
