Very Pleasant Car Buying Experience We bought 2020 Camry from Toyota Sunnyvale during President’s day weekend. We got online quote from Luke Zhang for the exact car we were looking to bu We bought 2020 Camry from Toyota Sunnyvale during President’s day weekend. We got online quote from Luke Zhang for the exact car we were looking to buy, which is on the lot. Some sales people from other dealerships were trying to get us to their dealerships without having the car I am interested in, to sell different car. Luke reduced the price below the online quote after bit of negotiation. He explained financing options, warranties and insurance information. He did not oversell things we don’t need. All the paperwork was done in 90 minutes. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to work with Luke Shang & Jessica. I will definitely go back to Luke for my future car buying needs.
