They Quickly Diagnosed the Problem About 1.5 months ago there was an unpleasant odor in my 2015 Prius, so I cracked open the windows, after I cleaned the interior. During this night it About 1.5 months ago there was an unpleasant odor in my 2015 Prius, so I cracked open the windows, after I cleaned the interior. During this night it was lightly raining. I thought it wouldn't be a problem if moisture accumulated in the inside of the Prius because I thought, what happens in the interior of the car has no effect on the Hybrid Motor. Although I did notice, after I cracked the windows open, the engine did vibrate on a few occasions. I expressed this concern to Bill Moody ( Service Advisor ) and he concluded the ' Maintenance Required ' alarm was due to the miles I drove in this car, since my last oil change. He mentioned the vibrations from the engine were due to the "wear and tear" on the car. Being so naive, I thought the rain made my motor to "act up". Everyone in the service department were professional, no one chuckled due to the large amount of miles I put on my car, since my last oil change. I'll be more responsible next time. More
