The car has been great so far; however, I wanted to see the option of getting a credit for the car and was told they would do a soft check and end up in a hard inquiry affecting my credit score dramaticall the option of getting a credit for the car and was told they would do a soft check and end up in a hard inquiry affecting my credit score dramatically. It went 17 points down. I am in the process of buying a house and it is going to affect me in my interest rate I get. They should not have told me it was a soft check. My representative names is James Tran Few weeks later: Well I sent an email and no response yet. There has been about 3 weeks from now. My car needed aligment which I pay out of my pocket and the warranty they mislead me to buy does not cover much. In addition, I was told I could cancel the warranty via phone and I call them and they told me I need to go all the way to the dealership. I leave 2 hours away from there. This dealer definitely has screw up in many steps of the buying process. So dissapointed More

Jaime was so great! I came in knowing that something was wrong with my car. She was very attentive and told me that she would keep me informed. She called me and let me know what the problems were. Tee was patient and answered all my questions. He gave me a really good test drive around the area so that I had a good feel for the car. When it came time to discuss price I was not hit with the annoying well scripted high pressure sales pitch which I found as a good relief. A few hours later the car was up in my driveway. Definitely give Toyota Sunnyvale a look. More
