I moved to US a couple of months back and I was badly in need of a car. While I was looking for good comfy car for my family I was worried about the budget too! Though she was aware that I had no credit history, she didn’t took any advantages of it and offered me best price she can, right in my budget and I was sold! I returned home in a luxury RAV4 and all credits to Jessica, coz she just did not drag it in multiple conversations and negotiations! I purchased the van used 1 year ago from a dealer in Palo alto. at the time of purchase, my wife opted for the additional warranty. After my van was diagnosed at S.V Toyota Millis explained my options. He asked if i was okay with waiting until Monday to get the authorization from the warranty company. He was able to get all the repairs covered through the warranty, all I had to pay was a $100 deductible. I also mentioned that I had been experiencing off and on issues with the other power sliding door not working correctly. So they diagnosed it and replaced the motor also. I fully recommend this dealership and especially Millis. More
