We were lucky to be served by Sean, who provided a great introduction to the dealership, showed us the car that we wanted, took us for a test ride and explained all the details as well as answered our questions. At the top of the list is Vinod Kumar, who served as our host from the time we entered. He patiently set up two test drives until we found the RAV4 that worked best for us, and then followed up step by step ensuring that the full purchase process went very smoothly (especially considering that we needed to go home for dinner in the middle of the process and that it was a weekend, which made bank access complicated. We also had an honest and direct conversation that saved us a couple hundred dollars on what I consider to be a fairly priced auto. I am especially grateful for the respect that he showed to my mom.
