Although we were already clear about our interest in a specific vehicle, we had some technical questions which James responded to clearly and concisely. At no time did we feel pressured by a "sales pitch" or any exaggeration of the facts. His approach was instrumental in our decision to buy from Toyota Sunnyvale. Jude, from the Finance Department, was equally professional. Our only reason for four, instead of five stars, was the fact that there was no room for negotiation in what was, essentially, at or above full retail pricing. We wanted a specific model and color which was of somewhat limited availability. We did not believe the Sales Department's representation of their "cost" during our attempt to negotiate price. Our feeling is that we would have found a better deal elsewhere had we wanted to invest the time and effort. We would recommend that any potential buyer carefully research the market before buying from Toyota Sunnyvale. More
