A two hour service needed a whole day to complete I came in at my appointment time, 9 am PT, for a routine maintenance service of my Toyota Camry. I was given the usual 2 hour window so hung around i I came in at my appointment time, 9 am PT, for a routine maintenance service of my Toyota Camry. I was given the usual 2 hour window so hung around inside the waiting area. There was no notification of a delayed service or anything. When there was no response even at 1 pm, I tried to check in and to my surprise, the service didn't even start because they couldn't figure out how to start my car. Long story short, after 3 different checkins, i finally received my vehicle at 2pm PT. All this while, i was in dealership, they had my cell phone number and didn't call me either. Upon receiving the keys, i asked to see the service manager Dan who attempted an insincere apology. The service shop had my cell phone number and i was in their service shop and yet the service advisor did nothing to explain why she didn't call me. My previous experiences were always good at this dealer. I wish they were sincere in words and actions. More
