Easy buying experience The dealership had the RAV4 I wanted, but it was in transit to the dealership (I wanted a Made in Japan RAV4. Most RAV4 are made in Canada). Amir Ka The dealership had the RAV4 I wanted, but it was in transit to the dealership (I wanted a Made in Japan RAV4. Most RAV4 are made in Canada). Amir Kandil was my agent and he was very easy to work with. We arranged the the pricing over phone/email. When I got to the dealership, Amir had prepared a car similar to the car want I wanted (same trim and features, but a different color. He even made sure the test car is also from Japan) for testing. There was the standard upselling that every car salesman is required to do. We said no to the additional features and Amir was not pushy or insistent. Did not feel pressured at all. It took less than two hours from entering the dealership to signing the paperwork and leaving. Over the next few days as I waited for the car arrive, Amir was very prompt on providing me updates. Overall, this has been an easy car buying experience. More
