She reviews service history, shows me the 3 levels of recommended service, and suggests the service level that is best for me (not always the most expensive!). Yvonne is pleasant to deal with, always greets me with a smile, and explains well what was done or additional items they find. I typically come in without an appointment (which is never a problem), and usually wait in the comfortable waiting area and work on their wifi until my vehicle is ready. If the wait is more than a couple hours, Yvonne does her best to get me a loaner, which I appreciate. The loaners are always clean and in great condition. I highly recommend Toyota Sunnyvale and Yvonne Nesme! More
