Customer Care I have been a faithful Toyota owner since 1979. From 1989 to 2015 we have purchased & serviced over 7 Toyota from one single dealership in SF on Geary I have been a faithful Toyota owner since 1979. From 1989 to 2015 we have purchased & serviced over 7 Toyota from one single dealership in SF on Geary Street. Although we moved to Cupertino in 2007, we continued to take our Toyota to SF dealership. Due to an emergency in repair of my Sequoia I walked in to the Sunnyvale service department with no appointment where I met Millis. Millis carefully & graciously listened to my concern, assured me to provide the same level of care and attention as we so generously rec'd for 30 years in SF, and offered to personally call before, during and after all repairs. In my 40 years of owning and repairing Toyota I have met two individual as knowledgeable, technically informed, and seamlessly capable to explain a complex mechanical issue. MILLIS IS ONE. Millis is patient, professional, caring, recommends services that are needed and explains well the reasons why. You have gained my 30 year faithful following from SF to Sunnyvale for one single reason as that is Millis. I have left or for-fitted appointments and most importantly avoided Sunnyvale Toyota while Millis was on leave. At Sunnyvale Toyota, I have been miss- treated by other service advisers, verbally insulted and have strong words to share reg the unprofessional behavior of many service advisers. Millis is the sole reason we bring our Toyota to Sunnyvale. I must however say that many of my friends refuse to go to this dealership for lack of respect, proper explanation of service or lack of attention to issues that may have originally been neglected . Hope Millis would set a gold standard for customer care and respect. My wife & I have been in retail for 40 years, We do understand customer care, customer respect, and the significance of respecting customers. More

But she walked me through the whole process and patiently answered every question I had about the vehicle parts, maintenance, warranty, everything. And it was super fun! Jude helped me fill out the paperwork at the end of the sale, and he was also very patient with me as we went through the process.
