need better customer services I complain about a few things; 1) I requested delivering the purchased car to my home. My sales representative , Vinod, refused delivering it He I complain about a few things; 1) I requested delivering the purchased car to my home. My sales representative , Vinod, refused delivering it He said " I am busy, Use uber to pick up your car. " I had to make 2 trips Toyota Sunnyvale for purchase and pick up . Delivering purchased car should be a part of services. 2) The sales contract states 5miles on the purchased car, however , 40 miles on it when I got the car. This is unfair. I request exact mile should be stated on the sales contract. 3) When I process purchasing the car Vilod said , " Sign here" " Sign there" without any explanation about the documents. Though a paper had blanks, he tried to make me sign it. Then I asked him to fill out the blank of document before I sign it. I said "Nobody sign the document that does not state anything. " Vinod said, " I have an another customer". I request that sales representative treat each customer nicely. More
