Trustworthy . Easy to do business with I needed some tire psi wheel caps .... i forgot to mention it when i brought in the car for routine oil change. This dealership is poorly run. This 1 star goes entirely to the dealership. It felt very unprofessional. Mohammed, however, was nothing but a pleasure to work with. He deserves 5 s This 1 star goes entirely to the dealership. It felt very unprofessional. Mohammed, however, was nothing but a pleasure to work with. He deserves 5 stars and then some. I felt that he was there to help make my experience great. He ultimately helped me buy my 2016 Toyota RAV4. The first sales employee who worked with me, Vinod, was trying to sell a vehicle to both me and another customer at the same time. This led to me waiting 25 minutes in an office while he went off, and then another 20 minutes outside staring at the car I wanted to test drive as he sold another car to someone else. Vinod gave me the impression that he was only there to sell as many cars as possible, and not to make each sale even a decent experience for the customer. That is when I switched to Mohammed. The only reason this dealership gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were willing to abide by the deal we agreed on at the time of sale to repaint some scuffs around the wheel wells (which they did a phenomenal job on) and to provide me with the missing rear passenger headrest. More
