Thank you Toyota Universe! I honestly didn't think buying a car could be this easy until I went to Toyota Universe. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Roberto Cuevas. Thr I honestly didn't think buying a car could be this easy until I went to Toyota Universe. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Roberto Cuevas. Throughout the whole buying process, Roberto was kind, patient and willing to answer even the smallest and silliest questions I had. What I appreciate most of all is that Roberto never tried to push me into something I didn't want. After spending a few hours with Roberto, I was set on purchasing from Toyota Universe. Roberto stayed in contact with me every step of the way and worked around my schedule. When I found the vehicle I liked and it came time to talk financing, I thought for sure my sub-par credit would force me to walk away from the amazing deal I was offered. I was wrong. Roberto and manager Giuseppe Pugliese worked very hard to get me a deal that was not only in my own name, but also extremely affordable. I sat down with Remy Braddock to sign my paperwork, and as per my previous experience, he was awesome. He answered any questions I had on things I didn't understand, and worked with Jason Brown to make the extra warranty affordable with my monthly payments. I took the car home that night. ( I'd like to make a quick shout out to Roberto for staying after hours to help me get set up with the car, it was much appreciated!) I honestly didn't think it could get much better than the experience I had already had, but again I stood corrected when I had my appointment with Remy. It was a great surprise when I came back to finalize my paperwork and Remy shared with me that he had gotten my interest rate and monthly payments lowered even more. I would recommend Toyota Universe to anyone for a positive, easy buying experience. I cannot thank you all enough.
