Rider had a doctor appointment, so he was unable to complete our experience there, but it is not his responsibility to ensure his coworkers are professional. I’ve bought over 12 cars from Palmers (the previous owners of the dealership) always an easy transaction. This dealership made every thing seem difficult. Also there’s a special interest rate from Toyota going on at this time and it wasn’t even offered. 823 credit score and $40,000 down and I got a 6% interest rate. Which I’ll refinance with my credit union as soon as I register it. Sadly I will not be doing any business in the future with this dealership even though I’ve always liked Mr. Gros as my salesman.
