It took a 3 hour wait to get the tires inflated and to correct the navigational screen on my 2025 Highlander, which is still under warranty! Curt, a service rep, did an excellent job in taking me in and assigning the inspection and work. But one it went to the shop my Highlander must have been hidden. It didn’t reappear for 3 hours, while I waited.

When I was contacted about being being ready, I arrived at the dealership and could not locate Shelby. It took 5 - 10 minutes before someone finally asked if I needed help. Apparently Shelby had gone to lu at the dealership and could not locate Shelby. It took 5 - 10 minutes before someone finally asked if I needed help. Apparently Shelby had gone to lunch and did not relay that information to me when I was coming to pick up my truck. No one knew her name or where she put my keys. When they did locate my keys, they did not know where my truck was parked. More
