I had a great experience with the salesman. He worked hard to get me approved, and I appreciate the effort he put into helping me purchase my Toyota Tundra. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been disappointing. The truck had several issues shortly after I bought it. When I first brought the problems to their attention, I was told I would have to pay for repairs on issues that should have been addressed by the dealership. After going back and forth, some repairs were handled, but there are still unresolved issues that have yet to be fixed. The dealership was very responsive when it came to collecting the down payment and completing the sale, but once I needed help with the problems on the truck, it became difficult to get in touch with anyone or get updates on the repairs. Even today, I’m still waiting for the remaining issues to be resolved. I believe a dealership should stand behind the vehicles they sell and provide the same level of customer service after the sale as they do before it. I hope they improve their communication and follow-through so future customers have a better experience than I did. More

It was easy to make an appointment. The person was helpful and made sure my car received the maintenance it needed. However, not being in this field of work, I am not sure how long it would take to complete the work my car needed. More

Tried to get warranty questions answered about a part and couldn't get any department to answer the phone except sales and was told they would get back with me and nothing.
