We love the service department staff, especially Carrie Kwitzky. We are not happy to learn the new owners got rid of the detailing department. It was one of the best in Mobile alabama. We trusted them to Kwitzky. We are not happy to learn the new owners got rid of the detailing department. It was one of the best in Mobile alabama. We trusted them to keep our Toyotas looking perfect. The new owner needs to bring the detailing department back. Chris is one of the best in the business and why the department was top notch. Chris is one of the most trustworthy people at Toyota. I don't want to take our business elsewhere. Please correct this gross error in judgment. Thank you! More

The past few times I have come to get my car serviced it has taken hours upon hours waiting . I've even been give two rental cars for two different times and every time I return the rental cars I've still h has taken hours upon hours waiting . I've even been give two rental cars for two different times and every time I return the rental cars I've still have had to wait even after having a rental for 24 hours . This past time in particular , the part was dropped off at 6:43 in the morning and It was not ready when I returned the rental cars at 1:45 from the previous day . I can be understanding when you are putting parts on a car but even with regular maintenance it takes at least 4 hours every time . More
