I’ve bought over 12 cars from Palmers (the previous owners of the dealership) always an easy transaction. This dealership made every thing seem difficult. Also there’s a special interest rate from Toyota going on at this time and it wasn’t even offered. 823 credit score and $40,000 down and I got a 6% interest rate. Which I’ll refinance with my credit union as soon as I register it. Sadly I will not be doing any business in the future with this dealership even though I’ve always liked Mr. Gros as my salesman.
