They literally sent me onto I-270 with an unlatched hood and a steering system they knew was failing. ​When I caught them, they claimed it was a 'private side job' to dodge liability—even though it happened in their bays, with their tools, and their advisor. They even told the Attorney General 'no money was exchanged' despite me having the bank records to prove it. ​Because of their lies and 90-day delay, I missed my Uncle’s funeral and had to drain my 401k just to survive the Uber costs they forced on me. They don't care about your safety or your family; they only care about covering their tracks. I have an 80-count evidence file and the AG's office involved. Stay far away if you value your life and your wallet." More

Very bad experience. I was charged unexpected items that I did not consent to. I agreed to purchase $2,500 which I was told was coverage if anything goes wrong with th I was charged unexpected items that I did not consent to. I agreed to purchase $2,500 which I was told was coverage if anything goes wrong with the car for 48 months. I would have kept the coverage if the price was the original amount I consented to, but I later realized I was charged $2,995 for Toyota Extra Care + $1,220 for Toyota Tire and Wheel + $520 ceramic coating. The information the dealership representative discussed with me was totally different from what he charged me. In summary, the $2,500 I consented to became $4,735. I ended up coming back and forth to the dealership to request cancellation of those charges, which were mostly cancelled, except the $520, which they said is not possible to cancel. Also, the cancellation/refund process still left me paying a few hundred dollars in tax charges that are not refundable. I also regret not reading the contract in detail before signing because the representative distracted me by saying a few words in my language and repeatedly asking me to teach him names of objects and other sentences while he intermittently asked me to sign documents on an iPad without giving me the chance to read them. I trusted him and expected him to have me sign what we agreed on. This was the worst experience ever. For anyone coming to purchase a car here in the future: please be more vigilant, read everything carefully, and do not sign anything unless you’ve reviewed it fully also don’t trust no matter how the dealer representative is friendly. However, I do want to mention that the seller, Mr. AJ, was professional, very patient, and friendly. His part of the purchase was clean. There is only one item remaining from his side that he promised he will complete this week. More

Worked with Dave Bever to find a car for our son. Dave found multiple options and we ultimately purchased a Ford Fusion that fit into our sons budget, had low miles and a great maintenance record.
