Had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Holland at Toyota West. He was very patient with us as I couldn't make up my mind in which car color to the actual make of the car. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Holland a couple weeks ago. My lease on my 2009 Corolla XLE was ending and I needed to decide whether I was going to purchase my vehicle or lease a new vehicle. J weeks ago. Jimmy determined what options were important to me in a new vehicle, let me drive the Scion TB (aka the buckeyemobile), and provided me the options for buying and leasing numerous new vehicles. Ultimately, I decided that I was going to lease a new vehicle and Jimmy was able to guide me through the process of doing so. It just so happened that my deal was reached on a Saturday evening and the financing department was somewhat backed up with other deals which were completed that day. As I waited my turn to speak with financing, Jimmy kindly offered, and ended up buying, me Subway from a nearby location. In addition, although the vehicle that Toyota West picked up for me did not exactly meet the specs of the new vehicle that I wanted, Toyota West corrected the problem within 4-5 days with a new vehicle meeting my desired specifications. I would recommend Jimmy for anyone in the market for a new vehicle - there was no pressure and he was helpful every step of the way. More

I have a very positive view of Toyota West, even moreso after reading reviews of other dealerships. Look, they don't give cars away at Toyota West any more than they do at any other dealership, but unlike after reading reviews of other dealerships. Indeed, my experience with the negotiating process at Toyota West was entirely positive. While they negotiated skillfully, they were very straightforward and aboveboard at all times. They were respectful and cordial throughout, they kept the BS to a minimum, and they didn't play any ridiculous games. They didn't negotiate in bad faith -- in other words, when they agreed to something it stayed settled -- and they were as good as their word when they made promises. And neither the salesman nor the sales manager attempted to make me feel bad about pushing the negotiations as skillfully as I could (which in the bigger scheme of things, probably isn't very); they negotiated cordially throughout. I also really enjoyed getting to know Mr. Johnson a bit during the course of the afternoon. He did his job well and I will surely be back to buy a car from him in the future. Finally, after the sale, Terry has been very helpful in answering questions and following up. In sum, a great experience. More

I have given Toyota West in Columbus a 5 all the way around because, out of all the cars i have bought from other place they are by far the best! There are certain situations in life that no one ever really chooses to go through. I recently divorced my husband and found myself in a vehicle predicament. I brought my 2010 Toyota FJ (which I loved) to Toyota West to trade it in on a safe, gas efficient, used vehicle that I, as a newly single woman, could afford. Upon the recommendation of my brother and father I requested to deal with Chad Sothard. Chad’s patients with me and my father was outstanding. He displayed a level of sensitivity to my situation that went above and beyond. This could have very easily been an extremely stressful situation, however Chad removed the stress. I choose a 2008 Rav4 that I have now been driving for the past 2 months, and my 82lbs dog and I are more than pleased (my pocket book is not complaining either on all the money I am saving on gas.). Lee Lehman handled the financial end of things and his compassion and sensitivity for my situation was also very impressive. They even took the initiative to mail the necessary paperwork to my X-husband. This was my first vehicle purchase with Toyota West, and my father’s third (he purchased a new Venzia with the help of Chad the same day). My satisfaction rating was 100%. I had the best experience ever buying a car at Toyota West in Columbus, Ohio. At a time when we all are feeling the sting of $4.00 per gallon for gasoline, everyone is scrambling for a hybrid vehicle an West in Columbus, Ohio. At a time when we all are feeling the sting of $4.00 per gallon for gasoline, everyone is scrambling for a hybrid vehicle and nothing is better than a Toyota Prius. I had never before driven or even ridden in a hybrid car. After much thought and some research, I called Toyota West to see if there was a Prius that I could test drive. As luck would have it, I was referred to Jimmy Holland. Although he is a new car saleman and the only new Pruis in stock had just been sold hours earlier, he located a used Prius in stock that had gone unnoticed for a couple of weeks. I saw it and drove it and "fell in love" with it. It was just what I wanted, except it did not have heated leather seats. Jimmy said that they could upgrade the seats for me and I was sold. He has made the arrangements for Monday to have the upgrade done. Dan Grundemeyer was the finance agent who really worked to get me the loan to buy my Prius. I was a little concerned about it with having had a few late credit card payments over the last year but he came through with a payment that I could live with. I am so thrilled with the car and customer service that I received. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I look forward to dealing with Toyota West in the future. More
